Born in El Paso, Texas, and raised on the cusp of the border between California and Mexico, Monica Dominguez enjoyed the best of both worlds living in San Diego and Tijuana throughout her life. 
 
Fluent in English and Spanish and brimming with international knowledge and local insights of San Diego and Tijuana, Monica is prepared to create a memorable and exciting real estate experience for the homebuyers and sellers of South Bay San Diego and Chula Vista. 
 
After working as a Montessori preschool teacher for seven years, Monica dedicated herself to raising her two children — now both in their 20s. Led by the values of family first, integrity without compromise, and continual growth, Monica took an opportunity amid the pandemic to write the next chapter of her story and begin her real estate career. Because her husband had been working with property management for well over a decade, it was an easy transition for her.
 
Monica’s patience and artful communication skills are essential to ensuring each client is educated and confident in all areas of their home purchase or sale. Her attentive listening, meticulous organization, and vigilant guidance enable Monica to deliver the best solutions for any property need.
 
Away from real estate, Monica treasures opportunities to get together with her husband of 25 years, extended family, and friends. In her free time, she practices yoga and enjoys getting into a good book or cooking up one of her favorite recipes.
